Enrolment Procedure

Step 1

All applicants, please study the next page Instruction Programme and choose the type of tuition that best suits your circumstances and requirements.

Step 2

If you would like to join the school at this time for weekday tuition - please refer to the page Current Classes, which contains the current information on which days and times classes are available, fees etc.

If you would like to join the school at a later date - it is advised that you apply as if you were hoping to join immediately and request you are put on the Mailing List, by using the Contact School button, stating on your application form your choice of day and time you would like to join, so that when this class does next becomes available you will be notified.

If the class you would like to attend is currently not available and you would like to be placed on the mailing list to be advised when this class becomes available, simply write the School by using the Contact School button, or periodically check this website as the Current Classes page will be updated as soon as new beginners classes become available.

If you would like to join the school as a private student or on any of the Master Class or Specialist Programmes - Please contact Master Hamlin directly to discuss matters personally, using the contact information available on this website.

Step 3

All applicants, when applying to join a class:

Download the Application Form, read it carefully and then fill out all sections remembering to sign the form.

If you do not have the facility to download the Application Form, please contact the School providing your full name and address and one will be either be sent to you by email attachment or posted to you.
Remember to state on the form your selected class date and time in the respective fields.
Include with your form TWO passport size photographs - please sign these on the reverse in INK.
Remember to read the Rules of the School - there are not many. However, they are in place as much for you as they are for everyone else.
Please ensure you have visited the NTCCA website so that you are familiar with its purpose, criteria for membership and the Rules and Regulations of the Association.
Check that your Application form has been completed and signed, include your photographs and enrolment fee (cheque or Postal Order) made out to:

Please be sure to include a SAE or your email, if you require confirmation of your place.

Please bear in mind that places are limited, therefore you will need to be prompt in your application.
